SuperClaw ("we", "us", "our") is a managed deployment service that provisions, secures, and maintains OpenClaw AI agent instances on your behalf. OpenClaw is an open-source project; SuperClaw provides the infrastructure layer — virtual private servers, Headscale mesh networking, automated deployment, and the billing and account management platform.
By using SuperClaw at superclaw.io or any related services, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using SuperClaw on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SuperClaw. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. You must have a valid Google account to authenticate, as we use Google OAuth via Firebase for identity management. You must have the legal right to use any API keys, Telegram bot tokens, or third-party credentials you provide to the service.
Accounts are created by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Subscriptions are processed and managed through Polar.sh, our payment provider. Available plans are Basic ($19/month), Pro ($49/month), and Max ($99/month). Pricing is in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing but does not immediately terminate your VPS — your instance remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that it is shut down and data is deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
Claw Credits (available on Pro and Max plans) are consumed for LLM API usage when you do not supply your own provider keys. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
SuperClaw provides the following as part of your subscription:
SuperClaw does not provide or develop OpenClaw itself. The AI agent runtime is open-source software maintained by its own project. SuperClaw's role is deployment, infrastructure, and ongoing management.
You are responsible for the Telegram bot token you provide. SuperClaw does not own, control, or operate your Telegram bot — we only run the runtime that uses the token you supply. You are responsible for your bot complying with Telegram's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for ensuring any LLM API keys you provide are valid, properly authorised, and used within your provider's terms of use. You are responsible for any costs your API keys incur at your LLM provider.
You agree not to use the service for:
SuperClaw targets best-effort availability for all plans. We do not guarantee a specific uptime SLA for Basic or Pro plans, and scheduled maintenance may cause short periods of downtime.
Max plan subscribers are entitled to a 99.5% monthly uptime SLA for their VPS instance, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated with at least 12 hours notice. If we fail to meet this SLA in a given month, you are entitled to a pro-rated credit for that month, applied to your next billing cycle.
Redeploying your VPS (via the dashboard) will result in your current instance being wiped and replaced with a fresh one. This includes all conversation history. This action is user-initiated and SuperClaw is not liable for any data loss resulting from a redeploy you trigger.
The SuperClaw platform, branding, and dashboard are owned by SuperClaw. OpenClaw is open-source software governed by its own licence. Your data — including your API keys and preferences — remains yours.
You grant SuperClaw a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings panel in the dashboard. Deleting your account is permanent: your VPS is terminated, all stored data (including LLM keys, preferences, and account information) is purged within 24 hours, and your Polar.sh subscription is cancelled. There is no recovery after account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraud, abuse the infrastructure, or if continued operation would expose us or others to legal or security risk. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action except in cases of severe or immediate risk.
On termination by SuperClaw for cause, no refund is owed for the current billing period. On termination without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
SuperClaw provides an infrastructure and deployment service. We are not responsible for the outputs, decisions, or actions of the AI models you configure your agent to use. You are responsible for supervising and controlling your deployed AI agent.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperClaw's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to SuperClaw in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will email the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you disagree with a change, you may delete your account before the effective date. The previous Terms will govern any disputes arising from activity before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperClaw is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
